Shipping Costs

• United States: Free shipping is offered on all domestic U.S. orders over $60 (after discounts, before taxes). Orders under $60 will have shipping costs calculated at checkout.
  
• International: Shipping fees vary by destination and order size. Exact shipping charges will be displayed at checkout once your address is entered.
  

Delivery Locations

We ship within the United States and to select international countries.

• We currently ship to valid residential and business addresses.
  
• We ship to PO Boxes within the United States.
  
• We do not ship to military APO/FPO addresses.
  

Processing and Delivery Times

• Processing: Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. During high-volume periods, processing may take up to 5 business days.
  
• Domestic U.S. Delivery: Estimated 3–7 business days once shipped.
  
• International Delivery: Estimated 1–3 weeks once shipped, depending on the destination country and customs clearance.
  

Please note that all delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, customs inspections, or events outside our control.

Tracking

All orders include tracked shipping. Tracking numbers are automatically emailed once your order has been dispatched.

Multiple Addresses

We do not support splitting a single order into multiple shipping addresses. To ship items to more than one address, please place separate orders.

International Duties & Taxes

• Orders shipped internationally are sent DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid).
  
• LUNARA does not charge VAT, customs duties, or import taxes at checkout.
  
• Any such fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are determined by your local customs office.
